Neyland Slip is a small area of mud and shingle beach located next to the slipway. Part of the parish of Llanstadwell, Neyland was once a working harbour and busy fishing village. With easy access to the sheltered waters of Milford Haven water sports are popular here. Sailing is a particular favourite here and you will find a yacht club on the northern part of the Cleddau River (Afon Cleddau). The river is a mix of the eastern and western parts of the Cleddau River which meet to form the Daugleddau Estuary, which in turn becomes Milford Haven Harbour. The Cleddau Bridge spans the river and provides a link between Neyland Beach and Pembroke Dock. Another key attraction at Neyland Slip is the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is nearby. There is also a marina close to the beach.
