More Information...

Kinghorn Beach is a pretty stretch of sand in the burgh of Kinghorn on the north shore of the Firth of Forth. It is home to a harbour that sits on one side of the sand and a lifeboat station that sits on the other. The station is known for being one of the busiest rescue centres in all of Scotland. The beach looks out over the Firth of Forth and is a good spot for families with young children and for those who like walking. The beach is overlooked by the pretty village of Kinghorn and there are a range of footpaths here that take you through the cliffs and surrounding area. In terms of amenities you will find a beachfront cafe here as well as ample parking and the bay is a popular spot in the summer season.
